Webinar
The COVID-19 crisis has thrown into sharp relief the need to better anticipate the next pandemic, and to harmonise preparedness mechanisms across the globe. As negotiations towards a new international pandemic agreement take shape, initiated by the European Union, World Health Organization and several world leaders, the time is ripe to explore what it will take to break down divisions within the health community and strive for truly transparent, inclusive, and accountable mechanisms.
In this upcoming digital roundtable organised in close partnership between the European Health Forum Gastein and AIDS Healthcare Foundation Europe, we will convene key experts as well as hear from young voices in health from Europe and beyond, discussing what equitable commitments to the future of global preparedness must look like and how a broad consultation of civil society in the process can be ensured.
If you have any questions for the speakers, ask them during the event via the webinar Q&A function, submit them during the registration process, or email us in advance at info@ehfg.org. Visit the event website for more information and register now to join us in envisioning a transparent, inclusive, and accountable future for global health governance. We look forward to your participation!
