Across Europe many countries aim at increasing the role of Primary Health Care (PHC) as the basis for delivering a comprehensive set of cost-effective public health and healthcare services as well as ensuring coordination across levels of care. However, while there is ample evidence on best performing PHC, much less is known about its effective implementation.
This session will be a highly interactive debate between panellists and the audience on best practices in Europe. In addition, the audience will be asked to vote to express its views on alternative strategies.
